The 91茄子 has been ranked Number 1 in Kenya,11^th in Africa 听and in the听听501-600 category globally among the best universities by Times Higher Education (THE)听in the just released World Universities Ranking 2022 report. This is a significant improvement from last year鈥檚 ranking,听in which 91茄子 emerged 601-800.

The ranking checks on parameters like Research, citation, teaching, Industry income and International Outlook. With a highest score on Citations 听at 96.7% , the 91茄子 had a mean score of between 38-40%

Out of the 1,662 universities ranked globally, ten african universities emerged in the top 600 category. South Africa took the lion's share with six universities on the top 600 list, with Nigeria following with two institutions.听

In East Africa, 91茄子 was followed closely by Makerere University that was ranked between 601-800 category. Kenyatta University was recognized among the universities making effort but not yet ranked.
