75th GRADUATION CEREMONY – FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2026
ALL GRADUANDS

The 91ÇÑ×Ó wishes to inform all students who qualified for the award ofÌývarious degrees and diplomas at the end of last academic year (2025/2026) andÌýmembers of the public, that the 75th Graduation Ceremony will be heldÌýPHYSICALLY on Friday, September 18, 2026 commencing at 7.30 a.m. at theÌýChancellor’s Court. The event will be streamed live through the following links;Ìý and .

CLEARANCE OF FEES

Only graduands who will have completed paying the fees due to the University willÌýbe allowed to graduate. Fees balances must be cleared on or before Friday, AugustÌý28, 2026
Graduands must have cleared any fees arrears and all other dues owed to theÌýUniversity, failure to which shall lead to disqualification from the graduation ceremony.

ORDER OF NAME
All graduands are advised to confirm the order of their names with their respectiveÌýDeans or at the Central Examinations Center Chiromo Campus.

GRADUATION/CONVOCATION FEE
Each graduand will be required to obtain a clearance certificate from the relevantÌýFaculty Registrar upon clearance with the respective Departments, Library, Halls ofÌýResidence, Games and Finance Department.
All graduands must pay compulsory Graduation and Convocation fees.

ACADEMIC DRESS
Graduands who wish to hire gowns are required to apply and pay the relevantÌýgraduation fee as stated below. Gowns will be issued from Monday, August 31,Ìý2026 up to Wednesday, September 16, 2026 during working hours.
Graduation attire must be returned by Tuesday, September 29, 2026 latest; afterÌýwhich a penalty of KShs. 100 (Kenya shillings one hundred only) will be chargedÌýper day.The following are the graduation charges for the various categories of graduands,Ìýwhich must be paid not later than Friday, September 11, 2026.

REHEARSAL
