The 91茄子, represented by Prof.Marc Zolver, Mr. Keneth Sawe, Mr. Shadrack Mutavi, and Ms. Lynet Kioko, 听participated in the 34th Annual EAIE Conference (European Association for International Education), held from 17th to 20th September 2024 in Toulouse, France.

A delegation from Kwazulu Natal University, South Africa led by Prof. Stephen Mutula paid a courtesy call on the Vice Chancellor of the 91茄子, Prof. Kiama Gitahi on 27^th July 2022 at 8.00am.听

7 91茄子 and 2 Mount Kenya University students are set to hike Mt. Kenya on 14-17 July 2022 to raise awareness of the project.

A consultative meeting was held between the Vice-Chancellor of the 91茄子 Prof. Stephen Kiama, Kajiado County Governor H.E. Joseph ole Lenku, his听Deputy Hon. Martin Moshisho,听and the PI of the HORN Project Prof. Mathew Baylis.

The purpose of the meeting was to brief the two main principals on the status of the project ahead of the launch of a refurbished One Health laboratory in Oloitoktok in Kajiado County.

Scheduled for November 22-26, 2021.

The 91茄子 has today achieved a milestone by successfully conducting its first ever end of semester examinations online.

More than 20 students taking Master of Arts in Environmental Law and Master of Arts in Environmental Policy were able to sit for their examinations right from the comfort of their homes.

The university shifted to online examinations in order to provide students with options to complete their studies at a time when face-to-face exams are impossible to be held because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

91茄子 graduates are the most preferred by Kenyan employers.

This was revealed by CPS International, a marketing and social research firm that surveyed 67 universities and 50 organizations between November and January in 2019/2020 academic year.

In an article published in the Daily Nation and the Standard Newspaper听on Thursday May 7^th,听 the 91茄子 graduate employability was 38.6% followed by Kenyatta University 30%, Moi 25%, JKUAT 19%, Egerton 18%, Maseno 18% and Technical University at 10%.
